Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Finvastra website (www.finvastra.com) or engaging our financial advisory services. By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our advisory team, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Finvastra” / “We” / “Us” — refers collectively to Finvastra Advisors Private Limited and Finvastra Wealth Private Limited, as applicable to the service being provided.
• “User” / “You” — any person accessing our website or engaging our services, whether as a prospective borrower, investor, insurance seeker, partner, or visitor.
• “Services” — loan advisory and facilitation, wealth planning advisory, mutual fund distribution, insurance marketing, NBFC advisory, sanction letter review, CIBIL score check, and all other advisory services offered through this website.
• “Platform” — the website www.finvastra.com including all sub-pages, tools, calculators, and content.
• “Lender” — any bank, NBFC, HFC, or financial institution to which Finvastra may refer your application.

2. About Finvastra

Finvastra operates through two registered entities:

3. Scope of Services

Finvastra provides advisory and facilitation services across the following categories:

• Loan Advisory: Comparing loan offers from 25+ banks and NBFCs; assisting borrowers with documentation, application submission, and sanction letter review. Finvastra acts as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) for partnered lenders.
• Wealth Advisory: Financial goal planning, SIP advisory, mutual fund selection, portfolio review, and referral to SEBI-registered investment advisors for products requiring such registration.
• Insurance Advisory: Advising on term, health, general, and group insurance products through Finvastra insurance advisory services.
• NBFC Advisory: Debt structuring, fundraising advisory, and co-lending facilitation for NBFCs, fintechs, and institutions.
• Free Tools: EMI calculators, SIP calculators, CIBIL score check, and goal planning tools provided for educational and planning purposes only.

4. Advisory Nature — Not a Lender or Bank

Our advisory is free for individual borrowers. Our facilitation fee, if applicable, is paid by the lender institution as per the DSA agreement and does not affect the rate or terms offered to you.

5. User Eligibility

By using our Platform, you represent that you are:

• At least 18 years of age;
• A citizen or resident of India;
• Legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• Not barred or prohibited from receiving financial advisory services under any applicable law or regulatory order.

6. User Obligations

By using our Platform and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all enquiry forms and during advisory interactions;
• Disclose any material facts relevant to your financial profile, including existing loans, liabilities, and CIBIL history;
• Use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• Not use our services to apply for loans or financial products with fraudulent intent;
• Keep any advisory, pricing, or rate information shared by our advisors confidential and not share it without our consent;
• Promptly inform us if your financial circumstances change materially after submitting an application.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information in any form or enquiry;
• Use our Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform without our written consent;
• Interfere with the Platform’s technical systems, security measures, or access controls;
• Impersonate Finvastra, its employees, advisors, or affiliated entities;
• Use our calculators or advisory outputs as guaranteed results — they are estimates and educational tools only.

8. No Guarantee of Loan Approval or Returns

The following statements are expressly prohibited and are never made by Finvastra:

• “Guaranteed approval” or “100% approval”
• “No CIBIL required” or “Bad CIBIL welcome”
• “Instant loan” as an unconditional promise
• “Lowest rate guaranteed”
• “Assured returns” on investments

If any person claiming to represent Finvastra makes such promises, please report it immediately to support@finvastra.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Finvastra Platform — including text, logos, graphics, illustrations, calculators, blog articles, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Finvastra or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our Platform without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of our free tools and educational content is permitted.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites (lender portals, government databases, regulatory sites, blog references). These links are provided for informational convenience. Finvastra is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites’ terms and policies.

The Google Maps embed on our website is governed by Google’s Terms of Service. WhatsApp communication is governed by WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, tools, and advisory outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Finvastra does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Calculator outputs are estimates based on inputs provided and assumptions; they do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed figures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Finvastra and its directors, employees, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loan application rejection, delayed disbursal, or unfavourable terms offered by a lender;
• Any investment loss, market underperformance, or portfolio decline;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform or services;
• Any data breach, cyber-attack, or technical failure beyond our reasonable control;
• Any reliance on calculator estimates, blog content, or advisory opinions as absolute financial advice.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to Finvastra for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finvastra, its group companies, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Platform; (c) false or misleading information provided by you; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Amendments

Finvastra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes that affect your rights, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Hyderabad.
